Things to Know
- Original files and emails are deleted after processing. If you save a result to your account, it stays available in My passes. Free download links expire after 15 minutes.
- Apple Wallet only supports QR Codes, Code 128, Aztec, and PDF417. Other barcode formats are converted to QR Codes.
- PassDrop uses AI to generate passes. While we strive for accuracy, please verify all details and keep your original ticket as a backup. For example, due to current AI limitations, QR codes with binary data cannot be processed correctly.
